The Information Technology Department provides support and service for all faculty, staff, administrative offices, and student computing. Information Technology is charged with maintaining the integrity of the campus network, providing setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of student computer labs, operation of the student registration and billing system, and general network and desktop support.

Main Office

The Information Technology main office is located in the NW corner of lower Cosgrove through the double glass doors. Service desk personnel are trained to help with network and beeline password problems, as well as many other tasks related to everyday computer use.

Center for Instructional Design and Technology

The Center for Instructional Design and Technology is located in the SW corner of lower Cosgrove. CIDT is available to assist with Blackboard support, Elluminate support, various training needs, and assist with various other technology issues. For more information visit the CIDT page.
