Windows 2000 Setup
Instructions
Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or
higher is required. You can download
SP4 here or use
Windows Update (recommended) to fully
update your system with Windows critical
updates. University owned computers already have
these updates installed.
Set up
1. Right-click "My Network Places" and click
"Properties"
2. Right-click the wireless network icon and
click "Properties"
3. Under available networks, click "UC" and then
"Configure"
4. Set Network Authentication to "Open" and Data
encryption to "WEP"
5. Enter the WEP key ->

6. Click OK to close each window
